Contract information
Letsrent-northampton use standard Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements. Tenancies run for a twelve month period from approx 1st July. From July to end September a half rent retainer is payable by students not occupying their accommodation before term begins. Those wishing to move in earlier may do so by arrangement.
A £150 deposit is required and reimbursed in full at the end of the tenancy, please see the Tenancy Agreement below for conditions. Deposits are lodged with 'Mydeposits' (See links to learn more about this service).
Please be aware that once signed both parties are legally bound by the terms of the contract. Click on the link below to see a copy of these terms.
Letsrent-northampton require a guarantor (usually a parent or close friend) to enter into an agreement to ensure the rent is paid for the term of the contract should the tenant default on payments. Click on the link below to view a copy of this agreement.
