Where to rent in Northampton?
 
 Letsrent-northampton provide well maintained 4 - 6 bed properties for students and recent graduates in the popular Northampton areas of Abington and the Mounts.  Both areas are within easy reach of the town centre amenities and both university campuses.

 After 16 years renting homes to young people, and once a Northampton student  myself, I believe we have got the right balance between personal service, high standards and the peace of mind that comes, where possible, with central heating/drainage policies guaranteeing professionals on hand if you need them - Landlord.


For our tenants' comfort, all houses are gas centrally heated, have showers as well as baths and bedrooms are fitted with digital aerial points. Internet connection is available on request.The kitchens are all supplied with modern appliances including fridges, freezers and microwave ovens.
We have no small 'box' rooms. Energy Performance Certificates are available to view at each property.
 
  Letsrent-Northampton is a member of the National Landlords Association and subscribes to its Code Of Practice.

Safety in the home?

All our properties comply with local authority and national standards.  Mains interlinked smoke detection systems are found in every room, fire doors throughout, appropriate fire fighting equipment, carbon monoxide, heat detectors and emergency lighting is fitted where required. All electrical and gas appliances are tested annually and fire equipment termly.

 

Rent?

Rooms are available to rent from £58 - £70 per week. A deposit of £150 is required and protected in a government approved scheme. See 'contracts' tab for full details.   Please ring/email Susan to check on availability of rooms for the next academic year.
